Citrus Glazed Turkey

A delicious meal for all seasons, this tangy blend of apricot, marmalade and soy creates and scrumptious citrus glaze that is lip-smacking!


  • Turkey Breast
  • 1 cup of orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • ½ cup of apricot nectar



Mix the marmalade, soy sauce, nectar and cornflour. Cook stirring frequently until the mixture thickens. Pour half over turkey and bake in a moderate oven on a slow to medium heat. In the picture, we used a large breast which took 1 ¼ hours and tasted fabulous. Serve with remaining sauce. Your dish will be moist and bursting with citrus flavour.
