Why we change

GreenAg is always looking for improvements and making our processes meet customer expectations.

Over the past few months, we have been working in the background to find a solution that will help us do that. We are now in the final stages of transitioning to our new system.

The new system that we are adopting is an all in one business solution that will integrate our website, e-commerce, inventory, shipping and accounting.

 

Changing the way we sell our product

Our product will now be sold and ordered as an "EACH", not  PER KG. However, the EACH price is calculated based on our per KG pricing still.  This means it's easier to order online, check out immediately and have your product packed and shipped sooner. No more waiting for the product to be weighed to know how much your purchase cost.

Once we have fully transitioned across you will be able to;

• Track your orders online
• Secure online payment processing
• Reward & Loyalty programs will become available
• Instant access to specials 

Wholesale & Account Customers 

You will receive an email with your login and password to access the new system. Please ensure you review your details. You will still be able to place your order on account if applicable.  There will be new product codes and pricing for you update your procurement systems. This will be provided as soon as finalised.

Wholesaler and Account Holders please note: Please contact the office to confirm your account login prior to placing your online orders if you have not received a login.
